FOOD HANDLERS AND SUPERVISORS ARE TRAINED ON SAFE FOOD PREPARATION AND SERVICE PRACTICES. OUR FOOD AND BEVERAGE OPERATIONS ARE REQUIRED TO CONDUCT SELF-INSPECTION USING ITS FOOD SAFETY STANDARDS AS GUIDELINES, AND COMPLIANCE IS VALIDATED BY INDEPENDENT AUDITS.
