MEET CHEF GRANT

Chef Grant Morgan is leading the kitchen at Hotel Drover. He is widely recognized within the area for his previous affiliations at highly respected culinary destinations including serving as the Executive Chef of Dragonfly and Hotel ZaZa. Additionally, Chef Grant was an integral part of Front Burner Restaurants’ culinary team as a chef at the Ranch at Las Colinas as well as the corporate chef for Velvet Taco.
